STAR WARS Coloring Page – Kylo Ren

Okay, I must admit when I heard about The Force Awakens, I was jazzed. The ORIGINAL three actors had agreed to come back: Princess Leia, Han Solo, and Luke Skywalker. I was really looking forward to that movie and it didn’t disappoint me. I thought it was pretty good.

I’m back to the dark side, well not really because Kylo Ren isn’t really a sith lord. I’m not exactly sure who the Knights of Ren are but I’m sure we will all find out. Especially now that Kylo has killed Supreme Leader Snoke and is now the head honcho.

May the Coloring Be With You!

Stay tuned, I’m filming and editing some more “how-to” videos!

STAR WARS Coloring Page – Darth Maul

I was going to release this series of coloring pages all at once and then I decided, NOPE! It’s more fun to do it one-at-a-time. I’ve been looking at my style in these older drawings and I really have gotten better at my anatomy and posing. Since I’m updating my inventory it’s time to move out the old to make room for the new. I’m thinking of the droids, the bounty hunters, the rebels, and the empire. It’s hard to decide what to draw next!

My first Star Wars release, however, was easy to choose – Darth Maul!

Do you have an idea for a Star Wars character to color? Greedo? Cad Bane? Han Solo? Princess Leia? BB8? Let me know by leaving a comment.

Darth Maul Colored

It has been awhile since my last post but I have been busy coloring my art getting ready for the Long Beach Comicon which is next weekend (May 11). I also got such a good response to my angels that I have been drawing my own art trying to get things done in time to have at least three pieces to show. Here is what I have so far. I REALLY like the way Darth Maul turned out. I even added a glow to his light saber. I definitely think this one will sell at the show.Image

Star Wars Characters

Okay, so I’m working on some new stuff for the comicon and I have to have a few Star Wars characters (otherwise I’m a total idiot if I don’t include that in my resume). Anyway, I have to say that some of these characters are a royal pain-in-the-butt to draw. Darth Maul, for example, has some serious tattooing on his face! Boba Fett has a detailed costume that is a pain as well – sheesh! Well, I better stop complaining and start drawing.
